The continuity cabinet system

Not a black box. A clear boundary between a larger network and local human judgment.

Every EVC-48 begins as a stable, weatherproof chassis. Its power, handoff, relay, bypass, and test modules are specified for the environment it will serve—and remain visible to the technician standing in front of it.

01

Local authority

Physical LOCAL / ISOLATE / RESTORE control. No remote platform is required to make a bounded repair.

02

Configured by place

One proven chassis, configured for cell, rail, port, relay, utility, and response work.

03

Built to be opened

Legible backplanes, replaceable modules, protected test access, and documentation that survives a network outage.

Service model

Equipment is only as trustworthy as its limits are legible.

Echo Viktor equipment is made to be inspected, questioned, isolated, and restored by a qualified person. That is not a fallback mode. It is the design standard.

A note beyond the catalogue

Beyond the equipment

Echo Viktor Field Systems belongs to the fictional world of Arbeit Labs—a world concerned with what people can still understand, repair, and share when larger systems fail.

Here, that story takes the form of field cabinets, service manuals, and equipment built to be opened. In the Radio Room, it continues through the people who depend on those tools. Coffey & Carina explores the same world through smaller adventures in kindness and belonging.

The company and equipment presented here are part of that fiction. Product illustrations and specifications are story-world design material, rather than a catalogue of certified equipment available to order.
